Summary

Dear HLTA Board Members and Coordinators,

I look forward to seeing you at the our upcoming holiday party on Thursday, December 6. Please note that the times have changed. We will now meet from 11 am to 1:30 pm.

Our business meeting will last from 11 am to 12:15 pm, and we will share a meal from 12:15 pm to 1:30 pm. For those Coordinators who would like to join us for a portion of the business meeting, please arrive around 11:45 am. We do have several grievances to address at the beginning of the meeting in a closed session. Officer and committee reports will follow in an open session.

Please let me know if you plan to attend. I have heard from the following:

Not Attending: Mary Gaines (It's Mary's birthday on Dec 6th!), Eleanor Beebe, and Sarah Krenzke
